Pakodi ki karhi

Among the most famous Indian recepies, Pakodi ki karhi is one of the best recepies. You will surely love this recepie. The good thing about this Indian food is that it is easy to prepare. Let us start with its ingredients:

250 grams besan
125 grams curd (dahi)
One-teaspoon chillies
One-teaspoon amchoor
One-teaspoon turmeric
One-teaspoon coriander (powder)
A pinch of Asafetida
Ghee or oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method for preparing Pakodi Ki Karhi:

Sieve the besan. Add salt, chillies, and water to it to form a semi-solid batter. Now put a thick pan on fire, pour in sufficient quantity of ghee or oil, drop in a little of besan­batter in piecemeal fashion, and prepare the Pakoris until deep brown. Now strain the Pakoris and keep them in a separate container.

Take the curd in a separate container and add besan to it. Then churn the solution vigorously after adding a little of turmeric to it. Then follow the procedure as detailed in the previous dish (Katron ki karhi).
