Black Grams and Bari karhi

Do you want to prepare traditional Indian food for your birthday party, get together or just to spend an evening in front of your TV? Ok, then your problem is solved here. Black Grams and Bari Karhi is one of the famous Indian recepies. The following Ingredients are required for preparing this recepie:

250 grams black grams
250 grams beaten curd
125 grams besan sieved
50 grams baris
One teaspoon each cumin seeds coriander powder
One-teaspoon red chillies
One-teaspoon amchoor
A pinch of asafetida
Ghee for frying
Salt to taste

Steps for preparing this recepie:

Soak the black grams overnight and then make them tender by putting it into the pressure cooker until one or two whistles. Now roast the baris in the ghee till red brown. Now put again the grams and baris with a little of water in pressure cooker and allow one or two whistles. Now follow the procedure of making the karhi as detailed in other karhis.
